Rachel Beausoleil is a French-Canadian world jazz chanteuse, and award-nominated producer. She is proud to present Sol da capital, her first full album of original songs, in collaboration with Brazilian guitarist-composer Evandro Gracelli. She gratefully acknowledges the support of the Ontario Arts Council and the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition.  

Born and raised in Montreal, Rachel has called Ottawa home since the late 1980s, and performed with many vocal groups, jazz, and Latin combos in Canada and Brazil. Her 2020 album, Brazz received rave reviews in Canada, the US, the UK, and Brazil.
